Reservations & Deposits

•  A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.

• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require full payment to confirm.

 

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before arrival

✔ Full refund minus 10% administration fee

​

21 - 30 days before arrival

✔ 75% refund of total booking value

​

14 - 21 days before arrival

✔ 50% refund of total booking value

​

Less than 14 days before arrival

❌ No refund

​

No-show or early departure

❌ No refund

​

Changes & Postponements

• Date changes are permitted subject to availability.

• Changes made within 14 days of arrival may incur fees.

• One complimentary date change is allowed if requested more than 21 days prior to arrival.

Group Bookings & Exclusive Use

(Bookings of multiple rooms, tents, or lodge exclusivity)

• 30% deposit required to confirm

• 50% payable 30 days prior

• Balance due 14 days before arrival

Cancellations:

• 60+ days: full refund minus admin fee

• 30–59 days: 50% refund

• <30 days: no refund

Peak Season, Holiday Periods and Sardine Run Period

(Easter and December holidays, long weekends and Sardine Run)

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Date changes subject to availability only

• Long Weekends (Holidays on a Thursday or Friday prior to the weekend or a Monday or Tuesday after the weekend)
